He was a cook, a manager
in exclusive places and with famous people
such as Georges Blanc in Vonnas, La Tour
Rose in Lyon, Hotel Martinez in Cannes,
Mr Bernard CHEVRY (founder of the MIDEM).
In the course of his numerous
experiences, André DONISI acquired
know how and savoir faire worthy of the
greatest requirements in quality, safety
and discretion.
He set up ADonisiconseil
in 2001 in order to offer you all his skills,
listen to you and find the most suitable
